In seguito all’intervento di ristrutturazione si sono ottenuti ampi monolocali ed appartamenti, tutti con entrate indipendenti dall’appartamento della proprietà. La villa pur trovandosi a poche centinaia di metri dal centro del paese, comoda alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico, è immersa in un bosco di 6000 m² di castagni e pini, di more e di scoiattoli. Intorno alla casa vi sono pure ciliegi, peri, meli, sorboli, arbusti di ribes e fragoline selvatiche. Il cortile della villa è provvisto di un ampio spazio recintato per il parcheggio delle autovetture. Per gli appassionati di mountain-bike, che trovano in questi luoghi percorsi splendidi, è possibile ricoverare le biciclette in vasti locali. After the intervention we were able to get apartments and studio apartments, all with private entrances. Even though the villa is only a few minutes away from the town center, it’s submerged by 6000 m² of chestnut and pine trees. Admire the squirrels hoppping around and enjoy the surroundings of fruit trees such as cherry, pear, apple, sorbs and all sorts of berries. The villa also features a large parking lot. For mountain-bike lovers, beautiful trails and also a bike parking lot. Restaurée récemment tout en respectant le parti architectural d’origine, les volumes ont été conçus pour utiliser l’espace d’un point de vue très fonctionnel. Des studios, des appartements avec des entrées indépendantes sont à louer toute l’année. La villa proche du centre du village est bien desservie par les transports publics. Elle est également au cœur d’une forêt de châtaigniers et de sapins d’une superficie de 6000 m² où vivent de nombreux écureuils. Außer den Zimmern stellen wir ihnen Wohnungen zur Verfügung, die ihren eigenen Eingang haben. Die Gebaude liegt in Ortsnäh in mitten eines 6000 qm großen Kastanien- und Pinienwaldes. Eichhörnchen springen hier von Ast zu Ast und Sie können in unberührter Natur Kirschen, Birnen, Apfel und Waldbeeren direkt vom Baum oder Strauch pflücken. Außerdem ist natürlich ein größerer Parkplatz vorhanden und für Mountain bike– und Radfahrer gibt es ausgedehnte Fahrwege und eine Unterstellmöglichkeit auf unsere Gelände.
